A 33-year-old Carson City man faces a gross misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure after allegedly urinating near the west door entrance of a Carson City casino early Monday morning.
Officers were called to the casino, located in the 2700 block of East William Street, at 2:40 a.m. after security reported an intoxicated man who wouldn't leave the premise. Two witnesses noted the man urinated on the side of the building, and it was also seen on casino surveillance.
Officers spoke with the intoxicated man who told them: "Take me to jail. I have not done anything f*****g wrong," the arrest report states. He was asked if he would be willing to take a cab home, in which the man said he was not going to pay a cab to go home.
The security officer made a citizens arrest for indecent exposure and the man was taken to jail. Bail: $2,500.

— A 42-year-old Carson City man was arrest May 17, 5:47 p.m. at the intersection of Carson Meadows and Gold Field. He faces a misdemeanor charge of being in violation of his probation. He was stopped after walking up and down the street, picking fights. He had a breath alcohol content of .160 and a "no drinking" clause as terms of his probation. Bail: $3,000.
— A 23-year-old Carson City man was jailed May 20, 12:57 a.m. in the 500 block of North Carson Street after he was found in a bar drinking, which was a violation of pre-trial conditions. Bail: $3,000.
— A 34-year-old transient was arrested May 19, 1:10 p.m. in the 2000 block of East Long. The arrest was for a confirmed warrant, dated Aug. 8, 2012 for being in violation of a suspended sentence. Bail; $3,000. A 23-year-old Carson City woman was also arrested at the residence and faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear in court. (Washoe County.) Bail: $500.
— Two Carson city men were arrested May 18, 11:46 p.m. in the 200 block of Lee Street and face misdemeanor charges of probation violation. A Carson City sheriff's deputy responded to the location in reference to a possible battery. The officer questioned the men, ages 36 and 37, at the residence, both of whom admitted to drinking, which was in violation of their probation conditions. Bail for the 37-year-old, who also had a contempt of court warrant, $3,500. Bail for the 36-year-old, $3,000.
— A 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested May 18, 4:36 a.m. at the intersection of Marian and Camile streets. He faces misdemeanor charges of DUI, failure to maintain a single lane and having no proof of insurance. Officers patrolling Long and Roop began to follow the vehicle the man was driving because it was doing 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. The vehicle turned north on Marian Avenue and swerved, nearly hitting a parked vehicle, according to the arrest report. Bail: $1,971.
— A Carson City woman was jailed May 17, 1:02 a.m. in the 900 block of South Carson Street. She faces a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery and possession of a hypodermic device.
According to the arrest report officers responded to a motel in reference to a domestic battery. Two occupants, a man and woman, were in the room and officers could hear them fighting from outside the room.
In separate interviews the woman said she and her boyfriend were arguing. She said she was mad and threw a purse and slapped her boyfriend in the face. She also admitted to using drugs earlier in the night.
The boyfriend initially said the argument was not physical other than the woman pushed him.
The man had a cut on the left side of his face and was bleeding. He later told officers that his girlfriend had indeed punched him several times in the face with a closed fist. The man declined medical attention. Bail: $4,274.
— A 27-year-old Fallon woman was booked into Carson City Jail on May 16 for a warrant, violation of a suspended sentence (failure to obtain substance abuse evaluation.) Bail: $1,000.
— A 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested May 17, 4:20 p.m. at the intersection of Fairview and Stanton Drive. He faces two charges of failure to appear on traffic warrants. He was stopped because of a non-functioning brake light, according to the arrest report. Bail: $1,324.
— Two Stagecoach men were arrested May 15, 6:50 p.m. in the 2800 block of Lorraine. According to the arrest report, the two men, ages 20 and 18, were sitting on a porch of a residence. The owner of the property filed a citizens arrest for trespassing. The 20-year-old had a contempt of court warrant for his arrest dated June 13, 2012. Bail: $737. Bail for the 18-year-old: $237.
— A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested May 16, 5:18 p.m. in the 700 block of Pine Street for a failure to appear warrant out of Dayton Township. Bail: $1,063.
Those arrested and facing charges are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
