Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested the following individuals for felony or gross misdemeanor allegations:
- Jerald Fahey, 38, a current inmate at the Carson City Detention Facility, had the additional allegations of battery by a prisoner and gross misdemeanor destruction of jail property (a television set) added to his list of allegations after an incident at around 6 p.m. Saturday. An additional bail of $17,500 was levied.
- Blane Allen Frazier, 54, of unknown origin, for grand larceny of motor vehicles and gross misdemeanor battery of a peace officer. Frazier was also arrested on misdemeanor allegations of driving under the influence, resisting or obstructing an officer, and verbal threats. Bail is set at $29,500 plus administrative fees.
- Bertena Mae Galvan, 51, a Carson City woman, for obtaining or using false identification to avoid prosecution and a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant in her name. Bail is set at $5,500.
- Waylon Dean Fillmore, 20, a Carson City man, for a battery with a deadly weapon (to promote the activities of a gang) warrant in his name. Bail has been set at $10,000.
- Mark Albert Newman, 58, a Carson City manager, for preventing the victim of a crime (domestic violence) from reporting. Bail has been set at $7,500.
Officers also made the following arrests for misdemeanor allegations:
- A 36-year-old Carson City man for suspended registration, suspended drivers' license, and two failure to appear warrants in his name.
- A 19-year-old Carson City woman for a contempt of court warrant in her name.
- A 25-year-old Carson City man for a violation of a suspended sentence warrant in his name.
- A 28-year-old Carson City man for domestic battery.
- A 36-year-old Carson City man for domestic battery.
- A 26-year-old Carson City man for a contempt of court warrant in his name.
- A 36-year-old Carson City man for first-offense DUI.
- A 19-year-old Carson City man for criminal contempt and petit larceny.
- A 21-year-old Dayton man for petit larceny and a contempt of court warrant in his name.
- A 30-year-old Carson city man for DUI second offense, attempting to leave the scene of an accident, driving on a revoked drivers' license, hit and run with property damage, no proof of insurance, and obstructing and delaying an officer.
- A 19-year-old Carson City woman for a failure to comply warrant in her name.
- A 35-year-old transient woman for possession of an open container of alcohol in public, obstructing or delaying an officer, and a probation violation.
- A 39-year-old Carson City man for violation of a temporary protective order.
- A 27-year-old man of unknown origin for an unknown warrant in his name, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic device.
- A 29-year-old Mound House woman for a failure to appear traffic warrant in her name.
- A 27-year-old man of unknown origin for disorderly conduct and provoking assault.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
