The Nevada Highway Patrol has identified Mark Allen Flora, 59, of Texas as the second victim of a deadly crash June 23 on Highway 50 in Carson City.
Flora was involved in the head-on crash that also killed 26-year-old Sierra Grace Woodward of Carson City.
The driver of the Nissan Altima believed to be responsible for the crash, Jason William Cloutier, 34, of Carson City, remains in serious condition at Renown Regional Medical Center. Flora was driving a Ford Taurus when he was struck by Cloutier's car which caused it to burst into flames.

Jason William Cloutier was driving his blue Nissan Altima westbound in the wrong direction in the eastbound travel lane of Highway 50 when the front of the Nissan struck the front of Mr. Flora’s vehicle.
