The following arrests were made by Carson City Sheriff's Office deputies from July 26 to the morning hours of July 29, 2014. Those arrested and facing charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
— A 43-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday, July 29, 12:36 a.m. in the 1400 block of North Lompa Lane on a misdemeanor warrant charge of petit larceny. Bail: $1,000.
— A 34-year-old man, Steven Lewis Lisch, was booked Monday into Carson City Jail on felony warrant charges of forgery and burglary. The warrant was issued May 16, 2013 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $20,000.
— A 30-year-old Carson City man, Joshua Terry Stephens, was arrested Monday, 6:14 p.m. in the 4100 block of Pheasant Drive on a felony warrant charge of violation of bail conditions. He is being held without bail until a court hearing.
— A 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, July 28, 10:32 p.m. at Highway 50 and College Parkway on six misdemeanor charges: failure to stop at a red light, obstructing a police officer, two warrant charges of for failure to appear, a registration violation and driving without a license in possession.
According to the arrest report the man was stopped for allegedly running a red light at Highway 50 East. He became confrontational with officers after he was told about why he was stopped and that he had two warrants for his arrest. Bail: $1,133.
— A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 9:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on two warrant charges of contempt of court issued out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $3,500.
— A 26-year-old Carson City woman was booked Monday into Carson City jail on a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear in court. Bail: $215.
— A 61-year-old Carson City woman was booked into jail Monday, 1:18 p.m. on a warrant, violation of a temporary restraining order issued out of Carson City Justice Court. She had been arrested July 26 a previous charge of battery and being in violation of alternative sentencing Bail: $2,500.
— A 35-year-old Carson City woman was arrested July 28, 6:44 p.m. in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Bail: $500.
— A 34-year-old Minden woman, Rachelle Gail Collins, was arrested July 26, 8 p.m. near North Edmonds and Reeves on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $2,500.
— An 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested July 26, 11:38 p.m. at Long and Molly streets on misdemeanor charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and minor consuming alcohol. Bail: $974.
— A 56-year-old Carson City man was arrested July 26, 9:46 p.m. on a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court, warrant, issued July 25, 2014 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $5,000.
— A 29-year-old Dayton man, Brandon Michael Patina, was arrested July 26, 7:11 p.m. in the 3200 block of Market Street on a felony charge of being in possession of a dangerous weapon. Bail: $2,500.
— A 56-year-old Carson City man, Fredrick Wayne Connors, was arrested July 26, 3:19 p.m. in the area of East Long and Rand streets on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.
— A 29-year-old Carson City woman was arrested July 26, 2:18 a.m. in the 300 block of North Carson Street on misdemeanor warrant charges issued out of Sparks. Bail: $3,016.
— A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested July 26, 12:52 a.m. in the 1200 block of East Fifth Street on a criminal contempt warrant issued out of East Fork Township. Bail: $388.
— A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested July 26, 3:27 a.m. in the area of Plaza and Telegraph streets on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and being an intoxicated pedestrian. Bail: $314.
— A 50-year-old Carson City man was arrested July 26, 12:37 a.m. in the 4100 block of South Carson Street on a warrant charge, violation of a suspended sentence, failure to report to probation. Bail: $3,000.
