The officer attempted to get the woman to calm down so he could speak with her. The woman continued screaming, “I hit him, take me to jail.” The officer was unable to get her to calm down and talk. She was taken into custody for domestic battery.
At jail the officer checked the woman’s criminal history. On Sept. 10, 2013 she pled guilty to domestic battery, and on March 18, 2014 she pled guilty to domestic battery. She was booked into the jail on domestic battery third offense. At jail, the officer asked the woman is she wanted to tell her side of the story.
