A 19-year-old Carson City woman was arrested early Thursday morning and faces two felony charges including a drug court warrant and being in violation of probation.
Ashley Claire Ore was arrested at 12:23 a.m. in the 1500 block of North Edmonds. According to the arrest report, officers were dispatched to the area regarding a fight in an apartment complex. As officers arrived, Ore was identified by officers as having felony warrants for her arrest.
Officers spoke with several residents in the apartment complex who denied any physical fighting, according to the arrest report.
Officers spoke with the apartment owner who would not tell them if Ore was inside but opened the front door and allowed officers to search the apartment. Ore was found hiding inside a bedroom closet.
She faces the two felony charges, issued in December 2012 by the state's Western Regional Drug Court, including possession of a controlled substance, category E, two misdemeanor contempt of court charges and a warrant for disturbing the peace. There is a no bail hold for the two felony warrants.

— A 55-year-old Mound House man was arrested Wednesday, 10:49 p.m. in the 4000 block of South Carson Street. He faces a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. According to the arrest report, officers were dispatched to the area regarding an intoxicated driver.
When a deputy arrived the man was standing outside his truck in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. He had a difficult time maintaining balance while standing, had red watery eyes and slurred his speech, according to the arrest report. The man told the officer that he had consumed between 8 to 10 MGD beers and he would not perform field sobriety tests because he didn't "want to look stupid," the arrest report states. The man did provide a preliminary breath test in which he blew a .217. Bail: $1,000.
— A Carson City man was arrested Wednesday, 10 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Carson Street. He faces charges of being in violation of a suspended sentence. According to the arrest report, officers responded to the area on a warrant service of the man. The warrant was signed March 4, 2013 for violation of conditions of a suspended sentence for failure to complete substance abuse counseling. Bail; $3,000 cash only.
— A 26-year-old transient woman was arrested Wednesday, 3:20 a.m. in the 800 block of Saliman Road and faces a misdemeanor charge of obstructing. Officers were called to an apartment complex regarding a possible domestic battery between two roommates.
Officers arrived and spoke with three people inside the apartment. A fourth person, the 26-year-old, was screaming and locked the back sliding door of the apartment with another female outside of it, according to the arrest report.
As officers were interviewing the people about what happened there was a crash in the apartment and the 26-year-old began screaming. A deputy tried to detain the woman, but she was thrashing, screaming and yelling, the report states. When officers attempted to place handcuffs on her, she slipped out of the cuffs. She was then put into a pair of chain cuffs, in which she continued to resist, fighting, yelling and saying "f*** you a*******," and other derogatory names, the arrest report states.
She was taken to jail and continued to be uncooperative with jail staff. She did take a preliminary breath test with a result of .18. Bail: $412.
— A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested early Thursday morning near the Lyon County line after patrol officers there stopped the man, ran his name and learned he had two misdemeanor contempt of court warrants for his arrest in Carson City. The warrants were for being discharged from counseling. Bail: $1,000.
— A 21-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Wednesday, 4:36 a.m. in the 2600 block of Viking Way. She faces two misdemeanor probation warrants.
According to the arrest report, officers were asked to check on a woman walking through the neighborhood wearing shorts, a T-shirt and no shoes. Authorities found the woman, who identified herself. She appeared nervous and kept looking down, the arrest report states. The officer believed she was to be under the influence of something as she was incoherent and did not make much sense, the report states. A wants and warrants search of the woman found she had two warrants for her arrest for failure to report to court. She was arrested based on the warrants. Bail: $6,000.
— A 42-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Wednesday, 2:39 a.m. in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue. Officers were dispatched to the home regarding a noise complaint. Prior to arrival, dispatch advised that a female occupant had a confirmed warrant for her arrest for being in contempt of court for failure to appear. Bail: $3,000.
— A 38-year-old Carson City man turned himself into the sheriff's office on March 12, 3:15 p.m. for having a contempt of court warrant for his arrest. Bail: $3,000.
— A 25-year-old Carson City laborer was arrested in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on March 12, 2:39 p.m. He faces charges of being in possession of stolen property. According to the arrest report, the man allegedly stole an x-Box and some games from the son of his ex-girlfriend while they were away. The mother said she confronted the man, who she said had the games in a black duffel bag. she signed a citizens arrest form for stolen property and the man was taken into custody. Bail: $1,000.
— A 56-year-old Carson City woman was arrested March 12, 11:10 p.m. at Stewart and Highway 50. She faces charges of failure to appear on a warrant, warrant violation of a protection order and suspended registration. Bail; $4,000.
— A 42-year-old Carson City woman was arrested March 12, 10:29 p.m. near Newridge and Northridge. She faces charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and having no proof of insurance. The car she was driving was observed going at a high rate of speed. When officers caught up to her, they noticed the dealer plate she had on it was expired. The woman alerted the officer she did not have proof of registration or insurance, the arrest report states. The officer notes that he smelled a moderate to strong odor of alcohol coming from her breath. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI. at the jail she agreed to two breath tests, the first was a .170 and the second a .158, the report states. Bail: $2,101.
