Members of the Special Enforcement Team for the Carson City Sheriff's Office arrested Brandi L. Petty, 31, a Carson City home care specialist, just prior to 5 p.m. Saturday. Petty was arrested near the 1000 block of East Second Street as the result of an ongoing investigation.
Deputies approached the residence with the intent to serve the warrant and discovered two video cameras, one disguised as a birdhouse. Knocking several times on the front door yielded no result, so the officers proceded to enter the residence through the back door. A search yielded drugs and paraphernalia.
Petty was arrested for the misdemeanor warrants of violation of a suspended sentence and contempt. She was also arrested for the misdemeanors possession of a hypodermic device and possession of drug paraphernalia, and the following felonies: Possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house. Bail is set at $30,500 plus administrative fees.

Deputies arrested Kristy Elaine Noguera, 26, a Sparks resident, at about 3 a.m. Saturday morning at the 400 block of North Carson Street. Noguera was arrested for a felony probation violation hold after the deputies discovered her intoxicated. A call to Parole and Probation led to the discovery that Noguera had a no-alcohol clause in her probation. No bail has been set.

Officers arrested David John Pfleger, 38, a worker for the State of Nevada, just prior to 6 a.m. Saturday morning in the 1700 block of Snyder Ave. Pfleger was arrested for a gross misdemeanor abuse of emergency system warrant in his name. Bail is set at $2,500.

An officer arrested Manuel Reyna Hernandez, 60, an alcohol distributor from Carson City, at approximately 11:30 p.m. Saturday at the 600 block of South Carson Street. Hernandez was arrested for a felony third offense Driving Under the Influence. Bail is set at $10,000.

Deputies arrested Heidi Brouhard, 22, a Carson City resident, at approximately 4 a.m. Monday morning near the corner of Second and Pratt streets. Brouhard was arrested for a felony grand theft auto warrant in her name, a misdemeanor petit larceny warrant in her name, and a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail is set at $11,600 plus administrative fees.
