Suspecting there were drugs at the home, officers applied for and received a search warrant from the DAs office and a judge. The warrant was granted shortly after midnight on Oct. 16. Located within the bedding was methamphetamine. Inside a heater vent officers found heroin wrapped in a small ripped piece of a plastic baggie and tied at the top.
