On the scene officers made contact with a female victim who was outside, on the ground, unconscious in front of the manager's apartment as well as a female witness who was there trying to stop the woman's head from bleeding by applying pressure on it.
The witness told sheriff's deputies that she saw Taylor force his way into an apartment and pushed his girlfriend, the victim, backward. The witness further stated that he grabbed the woman by both arms and threw her outside on the ground where she passed out.
The witness said Taylor said looked straight at her and shouted "If I go down for this you are all out of here," according to the arrest report. The witness stated she knew Taylor threatened to evict her from her motel room if she told deputies what she saw him do, the arrest report states.
The witness stated she was in fear of Taylor for making this threat against her, the arrest report states. Taylor is currently on alternative sentencing with a stipulation to obey all laws and no alcohol or drugs. The arresting officer reports Taylor emitted a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath while they spoke and also had a green tongue which indicates that he may have recently smoked marijuana, the arrest report states.
The Department of Alternative Sentencing advised to arrest Taylor for violating his bail conditions. Officers made contact with the victim at the hospital and saw that she had a laceration just above her left eye on her forehead that required stitches.
