A rollover on Friday night five miles east of Dayton has left one dead and two hospitalized, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office reports.
George Lawrence Ambrose, 21, of Dayton died at the scene of the accident, officers said. The crash, happened around 11:15 p.m. on Ft. Churchill Road.
According to Lyon County authorities, a Jeep Wrangler with five passengers rolled over. The driver, Ambrose, was partially ejected from the vehicle and died. Of the remaining five passengers, two were taken to Renown Medical by Care Flight air ambulance. The other three declined to go to the hospital and were treated for injuries at the accident scene.
Officers suspect alcohol was involved in the crash. None of the six were wearing seat belts.
