Arrested was Richard Anthony Prendez. He’s being held on $3,637 bail. A 29-year-old woman with him was arrested on a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant. According to the arrest report, officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a domestic dispute. The officer identified Prendez as a heroin abuser from his involvement in many narcotics investigations, according to the arrest report. The officer asked the man to step out of the vehicle and seat himself on the curb while the officer contacted the woman at the residence.
